Versandbedingungen:

Achtung! Der Versand wird nach der Bestellung individuell berechnet und zusätzlich ausgewiesen. Muss also im nachhinein bezahlt werden. Eine grobe Übersicht ist unten aufgeführt.

Bitte im Spamordner nachsehen (arc-oath(at)gmx.de), wenn nach 2 Tagen keine E-Mail mit den berechneten Versandkosten ankam.

- Innerhalb Deutschlands versende ich 1–8 CDs oder Kassetten in der Regel unversichert, du kannst aber auch den versicherten Versand als Paket wählen. Wenn du den unversicherten Versand wählst, erfolgt weder ein Ersatz für verlorene, gestohlene oder beschädigte Artikel noch eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises!
- LPs nur versichert in spezieller Vinylverpackung.
- Versand nur innerhalb der Europäischen Union. NICHT nach Russland, Asien oder Amerika usw.!
- Außerhalb Deutschlands versende ich nur versichert mit Sendungsverfolgung.

Deine Versandverpackung

Pakete werden normalerweise innerhalb einer Woche nach Zahlungseingang geliefert. 

Die Versandkosten beinhalten Lade- und Verpackungsgebühren sowie die Portokosten. Die Verladegebühren stehen fest, wobei Transportkosten schwanken, je nach Gesamtgewicht des Pakets. Die Versandkosten werden separat für jede Bestellung gerechnet. Dein Paket wird auf Ihr Risiko versandt, aber zerbrechliche Ware wird besonders sorgsam behandelt.

Die Versandverpackungen sind weit geschnitten und deine Ware wird gut geschützt verpackt.

- Within Germany I usually ship uninsured for 1-8 CDs or Cassettes, but you can also choose insured shipping as package. 
  If you choose uninsured shipping, there will be no replacement for lost, stolen or damaged items, nor will there be a refund of the amount!
- LPs only secured shipping in special vinyl package.

- Shipping only inside the European Union. NOT TO Russia, Asia or America etc.! Sorry, but the USa has currently made delivery impossible due to exorbitant customs duties and shipping costs.

- Outside of Germany, I only ship insured with tracking.

Your shipping packaging:

Packages are usually delivered within a week of receipt of payment.

The shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postage. The handling charges are fixed, whilst postage costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but fragile items are handled with particular care.

The shipping packaging is generously sized and your goods are packed securely.

Großbrief 2.00 EUR (unversichert) Beispiel: 1-2 CDs

Maxibrief 3.00 EUR (unversichert) Beispiel: bis 8 CDs, oder/und MC, oder/und 1 Shirt, oder/und 1 Longsleeve. bis 1 kg

Kleinpaket 6.50 EUR  (versichert) Beispiel: über 8 CDs, oder/und 1 Hoodie, bis 2 kg.

DHL Paket 8.00 EUR (versichert) Beispiel: 1 bis 8 LPs, über 8 CDs, oder/und 1 Hoodie, bis 5 kg.

DHL Paket 10.50 EUR (versichert) Beispiel: über 8 LPs, etc.., bis 10 kg.

Hermes Posterrolle 7,50 EUR (versichert) Beispiel: bis zu 10 Poster. 

Zur Posterrolle kann nichts zusätzlich versendet werden und muss extra verschickt werden! Poster können auch nicht gefaltet werden. Darum sind die Poster günstig, trotz Top Qualität.
